I would definitely refer Matt to my friends.  He has been really helpful in this process! One of the things I like about his process is that he gives me time to brainstorm and think about what I have done at my jobs, which I never think how important they are and how they can make a difference in my Resume. Even though, to be honest, at the beginning I didn’t like the idea that I had to spend time on my resume and it won’t be ready until a few days.
